DESCRIPCION
This is a dance and meditation retreat in a beautiful place surrounded by nature, totally private. We will dance, meditate, go for walks, to the lake for a swim, eat good healthy food and hand out together. There is also a sauna. This is rejuvenating for the body and soul, where you can relax in the silence of the nature just outside the door. Friday 19 dinner - a shorter dance session Saturday 10-18 Sunday 10-16NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
