DESCRIPCION
This is a 5 day summer residential to immerse in the 5 Rhythms´s map and to relax in the wonderful beaches of this part of Spain.In the mornings we will explore in depth each one of the Rhythms and the evenings will be free, except for two of them where we will have a Sweat. The participation in the evening sessions is open. We will also practice mindful meditation every day to integrate what will be experienced in the dance.
We are staying in a front beach hotel. The workshop room its within the hotel´s gardens. Its beautiful large wooden space, right next to a big swimming pooL.
The beach area at this point of the summer is still fairly quiet.
The combination of diving deep into the Rhythms and having time to rest in nature its a very nourishing and transformative experience.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
