TRIBAL SPIRITA weekend to empower your dance.
A dance that is deeply rooted in your-self acceptance and confidence.
A dance that can become an offering to the others as much as for your self and for our society.
We will explore the power of being truly who we are. Developing empathy and compassion toward others to let go of the part of our ego that retains ourselves from being passionate, unique, creative and powerful.
All of the 5 Rhythms are essential to reach a higher level of consciousness and freedom, we will deepen them in our muscles and bones with and through the unique support that our dance tribe is offering.
