The ability to be connected to myself, to be present in my body, to plug into “the life source” and to come from there, in my dances, in my daily life; this will be the focus for our workshop. Connection is the base for all life, for living, for “the whole to work”. Our ability for connection to ourselves, to others and in society is then so vital for our total well-being. What is connection? Basically it is Love (without emotion) and the greater our ability is to love the easier it is to connect. Not loving anything in particular, but to be our loving nature, which is “neutral love” (not attached to anything) because that is our nature. What attitudes do we hold that prevent us from experiencing our loving nature in various ways, which inhibit our ability to connect? How can we consciously bring in more love, attract more love in our lives and enhance our ability for connection? Finding and acknowledging our power, helping each other to be all that we are, releasing old stuff in a ceremony and discover the joy of connecting. We warmly welcome you to this weekend!
