In this workshop we will explore ways of embracing our feminine power through self love, self discovery and acceptance.

Where is your power hidden?

How do you hold your place in the world, how do you stand?

How do you sabotage yourself?

How do you nourish it?

We will learn to understand deeply ourselves and others bringing our awareness to the way the body moves and reacts.
