5Rhythms workshops during 3 days at The Osho Festival. Day 1- Inner Flow - All of us has an inner flow. When we get stuck in life we need a tool to get the flow going again. We will use the dance, movements and the music as a tool to move the energy in the body. Day 2 - The Power in You - When the flow is running we can activate the ability to do and offering out to the world. In order to put things into actions we need to wake up our power, which might be hidden somewhere deep inside of us. Day 3 - The Art of Letting Go - We will practise how we can let go of what we don't need to hold on to anymore. When we can let go of old structures, a transformation can happen within us which is purifying and rejuvenating.
