A day to dive into the 5Rhythms practice.
We'll use the map of the 5Rhythms to anchor our Selves in our bodies and explore the possibilities of connection an embodied human has.
Discovering the power of being fully present by moving into each beautiful, vulnerable, sweaty, vibrant moment.
Bring layers of comfy clothes, your water bottle, a snack ( there'll be a break), your curiosity and your courage.
From 1pm to 6pm.
