Come and immerse yourself in a 2-day workshop at Colet House in London dedicated to the magic of movement and dance. Guided by the 5Rhythms map, we'll journey through Flowing, Staccato, and Chaos, leading into the joyful lightness of Lyrical (where those "wow" moments often appear!), and culminating in profound Stillness.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
