This event has happened each year for many years in the same location, its always a joyous gathering of regular welsh dancers and wonderful travelling dancers from many places.

Starting with a deep inspiring dance then a most enjoyable shared lunch, after the afternoons session an most enchanting SoundBath.

NOTAS

£25 (concessions or in advance)/£35 (on the day)

Bring loose fitting clothing, Water, blankets etc. for the soundbath, Lunch to share.

Notepad and pen and something for the Altar.

We work on trust, commit to come and pay the advance rate of £25 by text of phone, if you decide not to come, its up to you to do what feels right!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
