Everything is connected. When we start to dance, what begins to move in us? Feelings, thoughts, images, ideas, memories, visions? The dancer loves to bring it all to the floor, knows everything is connected around the wheel of life. Everything is part of the oneness of all that is. It doesn't always feel like that in daily life?! The mind thinking one thing, the heart feeling another and the body doing something else again! This weekend let's relax and accept the wheel of our life may be a bit wonky and explore how to round it out by including everything in the dance. A bit of self acceptance goes a long, long way. We'll follow the tried and tested 5Rhythms map and see where a little attention and acceptance may be just the medicine we need.
