Do you move with a sense of grace, connection and mystery?

The 5Rhythms is a practice. A practice that brings us to our centre where all these qualities become real.

In this workshop we’ll move through the Waves maps to experience the 5Rhythms as a dynamic movement practice bringing us to our own moving centre whatever our previous dance experience and physicality.

NOTAS

£70 Early Bird if paid in full by 31 December 2019, £85 thereafter.

Times are 7pm to 10pm Friday & 10am to 4pm Saturday.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
