DESCRIPCION

Following Gabrielle Roth’s elegant 5 Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future. When we use imagination and creativity in our movement practice, we keep things true, alive, ever-changing and heart connected. Calling up inspiration from our own lives and our ancient ancestors – we will explore our shared humanity through movement.

Intention for each day:

1: Maps to now.. seeking awareness of how we travel out of the moment into the near of far past and future. Developing skills to help us find the way back to the riches of being here now

2: Healing from our own life: Sending love to our former selves, connecting with the energy and perspective from younger days, seeking wholeness

3:Ancestors: Dedicating our dances to our ancestors and expanding our connection with all of life, travelling through time all the way back to when we were stardust! 

4: Future Dreaming: Turning our attention towards the future and how we can dream and create a positive way forward, honour the past and live in the present.
