Following Gabrielle Roth’s elegant 5 Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future. When we engage imagination and creativity in our movement practice, we keep things true, alive, heart connected and ever-changing. Calling up inspiration from our own lives and our ancient ancestors – we will explore our shared humanity through movement.
