DESCRIPCION

Set your intentions for the coming year in the support of your loving dance tribe. Our focus will be to release our old patterns from the past year and step boldly into this new year together. Workshop runs from 10:30-3:30. The first 2 hours will be run as an open session Sweat Your Prayers. We will break for an activity and have time to swim and a brief activity before coming together as a group to move again in the afternoon.

NOTAS

Bring food to share at the end, bathers & towel (if you chose to swim) and a journal + pen for writing

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
