Trust. Something to practise and return to . I can offer this workshop several times and each time different. Simply finding a little more trust. Trust in the body, this impulse, this moment, the ground right under our feet. Honouring the new breath coming in and the exhale leaving your lungs right now...this simple yet embodied practise, profound in its simplicity. The invitation to move your body in a space that becomes richer as other human beings are moving, listening inside. Together we create a community for our unique dance the wordless place where we can.... trust the not having to know . Rediscover the infinite possibilities of the dance. Allowing the dance that is.
