DESCRIPCION

In this workshop we will explore the real trust that comes from deep inside of us. We live in a hectic world and often in relationships it's easy to loose oneself, get lost and not really listening to our own voice. In order to get love and connection we sometimes betray ourselves. This week-end we will use the map of the 5rhythms to go deeper inside and listen to our own voice, starting by trusting our body and it's movements. When we start to really listen to ourselves, we feel when something is right or not. We know when to say Yes and when to say No. Then we can grow and become stronger in a more natural and healthy way.
