Trusting myself means learning to rely on my own judgment, even when I feel uncertain or afraid. Instead of constantly seeking validation from others, I can make the choice to believe that I am capable of making decisions that can serve me well. Building self-trust takes patience and honesty with myself, especially in moments when doubt creeps in. Over time, every small promise I keep to myself strengthens that trust, helping me feel more grounded, confident, and in charge of my own path in life.
We will use the tools of the 5 Rhythms Movement Practice to listen to the messages my body is sending me on how I can build resources that strengthen this felt sense of trust in myself.
