Diving Deep in to your own DanceTrusting your Dance, Your Body
Allowing your feet to move,
Your breath to flow
Your Heart to whisper
Your Heart to shout
Through movement
What ever needs to be moved
We dance 2 hours in the morning to open, to connect, to invite, to awaken our curiosity. After a short lunch break we will dance 4,5 hours to explore, to dive deeper, to follow.
