Through the practice of 5Rhythms® we investigate deep listening to the wisdom of our bodyminds and invite surrender to our senses and consciousness, tuning into the cycles of Mother Nature.The 5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement-based practice, developed by Gabrielle Roth (www.5rhythms.com). Dance, spontaneous and original within every body, is the medium and the medicine. There are no right or wrong moves, no choreography or steps. All welcome. Dress to sweat!
