We will be dive into and reclaim what it is to know and move with our wild, untamed self.

These catered camp outs invite participants to dive into

& play with their natural UNTAMED, WILD & FREE selves.

Enjoy the majestic beauty of the Gulf Islands, while being catered with local cuisine, Conscious Dance / 5Rhythms with Silent Disco, Journalling, a Nature Walk with a local biologist, Circle, as well as down time to explore the land offering yourself space to honour our connection to the wild that lives within and without.

NOTAS

If you are like me, I need to dance and spend time in the natural world to remember & reclaim all the parts of myself that I push away in an effort to fit into this fast past, expectation filled, 9 to 5 world in which we live. It is often my untamed, intuitive, witchy & wild self that shuts down. My moving body, music, circle, the forest and the ocean are the places that I most easily reclaim my untamed self. The self that knows only good will towards all beings, knows how to care for the earth and deeply knows interconnection while surrendering to the mystery of it all.

When we know the natural world, as a part of ourselves, we take better care of her. When we are aware of the phases of the moon, the cycles of seasons and the land in which we live, we have kindness towards our own cycles and phases.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
