SHEDDING SKINS • July 27-29A time for movement, nature connection & transformation
Includes: 2 nights camping, 6 meals and 6 sessions

This workshop invites participants to shed old layers, release constraints, and step into their raw, untamed essence. Through dance, circle/partner work, art, writing, and connection with the wild, we will embrace change and rediscover our authentic selves.
