5Rhythms is a dynamic movement meditation that enables us to explore and welcome every aspect of ourselves. It is profoundly simple and simply profound. A catalyst for change, creativity and healing. You really can't get it wrong; it's about your dance. There are no steps or routines and it suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. First-timers are very welcome and benefit from a big discount.

Chris Boylan has been studying 5 Rhythms for twenty years. He completed his teacher training with Gabrielle Roth in 2008 and is accredited in the Waves and Heartbeat levels of 5Rhythms practice.

Wear loose comfortable clothes - layers work best. Be ready to dance barefoot (soft indoor shoes are OK if you have a medical condition that requires you to wear them)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
