UNITY: Levels of Relationship

It is said that Beauty is Unity in Diversity

Each of us has our own unique relationship to body, mind and spirit. When all of these qualities are embodied in accordance, we experience our own unified ‘self”. Finding this place of being allows us to be truly present for another without having to change anything within ourselves, or another. Before we can be part of a unified field, we must first be a unified ‘self’. It begins with being grounded, present and aware of what is happening to ourselves first. From this place of authenticity, we can provide space for the other.

The 5Rhythms is a moving meditation practice that is designed to bring out creative expression in each of us as well as being a catalyst for deep healing. Collectively, the 5Rhythms creates a wave of energy that releases the dynamic power that is alive in each of us.

In this weekend workshop we will explore the fundamentals of the 5Rhythms practice and our relationship to self, others and community.
