We invite you to join us in Greece for our second Vacation 5Rhythms retreat for gay men. Five days on a beautiful Greek island of Paros. In this retreat, we will rely on both Waves (physical) and Heartbeat (emotional) levels of the 5Rhythms practice. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy the wonderful holistic beach resort. You can arrive early and stay longer.NOTAS
There are no prerequisites. Guys with no prior 5Rhythms or any dance, movement or meditation experience are very welcome to join.

Costs:
Teaching Fee £325 (up to departing)
The cost of accommodation is €225 paid on arrival at Yoga Centre- includes all meals and beach-side beautiful accommodation at natural health/yoga centre - that we will have all to ourselves... (Cards or cash taken at venue)

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
