This weekend is a deep and yet playful exploration of our bodies in waves of energy, patterns and rhythms. We will use the 5Rhythms practice to open up our attention to our dance, to our breath, to the rise and fall of our energy. There is aliveness to gain when we allow the dance of life to move through us. No pushing, no holding back, listening and moving till you are moved. Each of the rhythms holds many opportunities to become more aware of who you are and how great your potential is. Dancing expands your freedom and creativity.
