Change.The only constant in life, whether we like it or not.
This is a day devoted to moving with changes - in our bodies and in our relationships - and to getting more comfortable with the many shapes our lives can take.
The 5Rhythms map carries us through, helping us trust our body's inner compass to navigate our constantly shifting state, helping us move in the tides of resistance that sometimes keep us from the deep flow of life.
No previous dance experience needed, simply curiosity and a desire for connection to yourself, others and the world.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
