Waves of Freedom is a 2.5-day residential 5Rhythms® Waves workshop taking place 24–26 April 2026 at Quinta da Calma, one of the Algarve’s most well-established and respected retreat centres, located just a few minutes from Faro (international airport, train, and bus stations). Surrounded by peaceful gardens and carefully tended nature, Quinta da Calma offers an ideal environment to slow down, deepen, and reconnect through embodied practice.🌊 About the workshop
Waves of Freedom is an invitation to explore what freedom really means — not as something to seek outside ourselves, but something to uncover through the body, through movement, and in relation with others. Using the 5Rhythms® map, we’ll explore how freedom arises when we listen deeply, allow ourselves to move truthfully, and release old patterns in a space that is supportive and non-judgmental.
