Riding the wave of our life-force and finding creative ways to be wild & tender As human beings we are born in an animal body. A body of flesh and blood filled with a potent vitality. Along the way of growing up, some of this vibrant energy gets blocked. And if you can't be raw, can you be really tender? On the dancefloor we create a safe place to let this life-force move through us again; fluid, fiery, free and funky. Guided by the wave of the 5Rhythms we dance our way from the raw energy of our roots to the transcendent realm of stillness. The dance broadens our spectrum and opens up different levels and variations, so we can be fulfilled with life. Safety can only be there if you know you're boundaries and you know they will be respected. By honoring our limits we open the possibility to dance our sensuality with passion and joy. Everybody is welcome to dance this wave in your own way.
