Waking up our body, being more present through dancing the landscape of the rhythms, flow staccato, chaos, lyrical og stillness. When we deepend our dance, we let go of the things which block, distract and confuse, and in stead of it will give us more space to re-find, re-know and regain out body, our feet and our heart. When the soul is rooted in the body, we can hold life, sense the wisdom of the rhythms and feel the present of dancing.NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
