A 5 day dance immersion in the gentle crucible of the Yorkshire coast. Camping in our lovely meadow at Hay Brow, dancing in welcoming local halls. Meeting others in authenticity. Meeting ourselves more deeply.Do you ever find yourself thinking one thing, feeling another and doing yet another? This is the medicine! This is a no holds barred journey into presence. Re-integrating the different aspects of our selfs; body, heart and mind. We will move with what it is to be truly present and dance through whatever gets in our way.
This is gentle, profoundly beautiful work; and it is deep work - very deep! If you are new to 5 Rhythms, get in touch with me before booking.
