Women's 6th annual residential, delicious dance & soak in private, luxurious hot springs.

Boise, ID is the closest airport, folloed by Salt Lake City, UT. Local ride shares are often available.

Accomodation varies from private bedrooms, cabins or camping.

There is a 3 night minimum. Staying through Sunday is not optional although some exceptions can be made.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
