This is a 12 week intimate class held weekly at my studio where a committed group journeys in depth into the heart of each rhythm and finds the true power of transformation in this practice. Participants take and intention and watch it transform over the 12 week series.NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
