This is a weekly online practice — something between a class and a workshop —

a steady rhythm where you can return to your body, week after week,

and let movement support what is alive in you.

What to Expect

A grounded, embodied space including:

• Guided 5Rhythms movement practice

• Simple somatic explorations

• Time for integration and optional sharing

• A supportive online group field

• Replay available after each session

No performance.

No need to “know how.”

Just a willingness to move and listen.
