֍ 5RHYTHMS® SWEATS

5Rhythms sweats are offered by 5Rhythms teachers in training within a mentoring program. Our mentor is Hannah Loewenthal.

֍ COURSE

In our 5Rhythms Sweats we invite you to:

- Start with a warm-up (approx. 20 min)

- Short demonstration of the 5Rhythms (approx. 5min)

- Uninstructed 5Rhythms Wave (approx. 1h)

- Finding a good ending together (approx. 5 min)

Afterwards there is the possibility to stay a little for tea and snacks! ☺

֍ WHO ARE WE?

Lucia Winkelmann studied psychology, worked as a therapist and attended numerous therapy and self-awareness training courses. She loves discovering new things and enjoys mountains and nature.

Manuel Seiger studied to become a primary school teacher and has worked with children in various contexts. He is interested in the depths of human nature and loves water.

Lucia and Manuel are in the international 5Rhythms training program and have completed a yoga teacher training course in India.

Both love to get people moving.

Sundays (except 28.01. and 10.03.)

11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Gym of the slw kindergarten:

Kapuzinergasse 4a, 6020 Innsbruck

The entrance is behind a colorful wall at the corner. Go through a small gate into the kindergarten courtyard. Bicycles may be parked in the courtyard.

Normal price 20€ | members of Tanzraum Ibk 18€

Spring pass (160€, 10 dates for the price of 8):

- From February 1 to incl. April 14, 2024 (not on 10.03.2024)

Early summer pass (€160, 10 dates for the price of 8):

- From April 21 to incl. June 23, 2024

֍ TICKETS/ADMISSION

Please pay in cash on site.

Registration per email would be helpful, but is not necessary.

We are also happy if you come spontaneously!

֍ OUR AGREEMENTS

1. We leave out words.

2. We do not take photos or video recordings; electronic devices remain muted and packed away

3. We come sober: no alcohol and no drugs

4. We move barefoot, with socks or soft dance shoes.

5. We are mindful, with ourselves and with others.
