For the second time this year, Moving Essence classes have to relocate whilst renovations are happening at our St Brigid’s home.

On May 20, May 27 & June 3, the 7:30pm – 9:30pm Tidal Wave class will be held at 75 Reid Street.

For those interested in the 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class, this will be offered as a Silent Disco at 75 Reid Street. 

Park at St Brigids and enjoy a 10 minute walk to these weekly classes, offered in a new place.

Tuesday 7:30 - 9:30pm.  Cost $25

This class is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a Warm up, welcome and teaching theme followed by a longer, deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.

Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
