I am a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training, guided by Kierra Foster Ba and Masayo Benoist, offering classes between San Diego and Tijuana.

My relationship with the 5Rhythms practice is deeply personal and ever-evolving. Through the map, I have  made peace with so many layers of my self —moving through unresolved emotions, softening patterns held in the body, and returning to my center over and over. The wave has become a place of remembering: a space where I can listen, release, and reconnect to the truth of who I am. 5Rhythms is both a practice and a path—one that continues to open the door to freedom, presence, and a deeply embodied sense of joy.
