Sayrah Garrison is a mother, a wife and a licensed social worker. She taught a weekly 5Rhythms class in Oakland (Deep Dive Oakland) from 2014-2019. Sayrah also teaches yoga, meditation, music and mindfulness to the general public and to special populations in need. She is deeply interested in exploring how these body based practices affect positive change in all of us! She currently lives and teaches in Northern New Jersey.
