I started practicing the 5Rhythms® in the 20th century, emerged as a 5Rhythms teaching at the dawn of the 21st century, and have been living the 5Rhythms since before I "knew" they existed.  I am an urban life form who made New York City my home base and soul inspiration until 2020.  Since then the mountains of NY State have become my continuing teacher.  An itinerant wonderer, I am a 5Rhythms Global and 5Rhythms Teacher Training staff teacher, teaching the Waves (2001), Heartbeat (2010), and Cycles (2015) maps globally.  I have made my living as a dancer, a lighting designer, a travel agent, and a librarian.  I create my life dancing the 5Rhythms.
