With the container of an opening circle, we will explore the map of the 5Rhythms and tools we use to drop in deeper to our dance meditation and awareness practice. Moving those concepts with a wordless dance guided by the music and finishing with a closing circle, the power of this practice will be felt by all.BILJEŠKE
All ages and abilities are welcome. Wear layered comfortable clothing and bare feet or (non-street) dance shoes. Bring a water bottle and a desire to explore the sensations of your dance.
