Emerging Waves is a space held by a Rhythms Teacher-in-Training. In this Rhythms class, you are invited to move through the Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher-in-Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor-opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.
This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the Rhythms are danced, a community forms one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another's freedom and authenticity. Here we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.

Venue: easy to find on Harold's Cross Road after Rathgar/ Kenilworth traffic lights heading towards Terenure coming from town.
Before Mount Tallant Avenue follow narrow turn off road into football club grounds, entrance door to building on the right and go up the stairs to arrive at the hall.
