Fortnightly 5Rhythms class in Mytholmroyd, West Yorkshire (close to Hebden Bridge and Todmorden).
Each session is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, and with those around you, practising clearing the way for our dance to come through naturally and effortlessly.
No need to book, just show up and dance. Open to new and experienced dancers.
£10 entry (please pay cash on arrival).
