This is where ecstatic dance and meditation meets the dance floor. There are no steps to learn, no right our wrong moves to master. No experience is needed. The class is guided.
Every body is welcome
This is a family and child-friendly class. Bring loose comfortable clothes and a reusable water bottle. See you every Tuesday!

Ajay Rajani is an accredited teacher of the 5Rhythms who trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth, in 2014. Ajay was born in Africa with Indian roots and grew up in London, England where he thrives in a diverse, multicultural community speaking five international languages. His spiritual journey began over a decade ago with a strong practice of seated meditation and this continues to inform his 5Rhythms teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher.
All class hours with Ajay count towards the training path prerequisites for 5Rhythms certification.
5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community.
Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness and awareness into action. Wherever the 5 Rhythms are practiced, a community is born to dance, to sweat, the change, to support, and to provide a safe space for each of us to shatter the ego's hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge walking, rock-star part of ourselves that yearns to be free.
Creativity. Connection. Community.
