5Rhythms® Sweat with Ladka (Teacher in Training), mentored by Jason Rowe
5Rhythms® Sweat is a 2 hours movement meditation practice. We start with a warm-up, then a brief introduction of the 5Rhythms, followed by a lightly guided Wave.
This Sweat is offered as part of the 5Rhythms Teacher in Training mentorship program.
We dance barefoot or in light dance shoes
