I am mentored by Kierra Foster-Ba and Masayo Benoist. 5Rhythms® dance is for me a doorway into freedom, a living expression of embodied truth. Through moving in Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, my intuition deepens, clarity restores, and I reconnect with the wild at heart. My path bridges the wisdom of the Far East and the West, spanning academia, business and arts. For over 20 years I have worked in intercultural communication, and today my focus naturally extends to the language of the body and soul. My journey began when my primary teacher - Joanna Hussakowska, created the space, where I could release conditioned, fear-based patterns and discover my phoenix rising. Motherhood and my students continue to shape my ability to learn, adapt and teach in ever-changing world, while deepening my capacity to hold safe and inclusive space. Inspired by Taoism and Tantra, I invite a return to harmony, to authentic connection, to love without effort. I welcome people of different backgrounds, identities, and abilities. Come as you are.
