How can we find a balance between doing and being? How can we find a balance between being active and non-active? How can we find a balance between work and rest? How can we find a balance between the west and the east? How can we nourish the physical body as well as the soul and to find a balance in between the two of them? We need both to feel harmony and peace inside of us.
