Love has two components: passion and commitment 
being fully connected to the desires of the heart in the moment,
and being fully present for whatever it is that you’re doing

Deepening our dance practice through the Heartbeat maps, we will expand our capacity to inhabit our unique deep, loving self in the world we find ourselves in. 
The bold heart and the vulnerable heart allow authenticity and spontaneity of feeling _ dancing in the wholeness of ourselves, which can hold the broken pieces, we will move through each emotional field transforming old emotions into aliveness while preparing the way for love.
