I love my work. I miss teaching classes and workshops so much! My home rhythm is flowing lyrical – a sky girl finding her ground. Dancing brings mystery and imagination into form and connects deep dreaming with flesh and bone. I'm the first teacher after Gabrielle Roth and Jonathan Horan to teach 'God, Sex & the Body' - the healing archetypal maps. I live in beautiful West Wales, and enjoy teaching internationally and mentoring people offering all the levels of the 5Rhythms that I teach. I’m forever grateful to my Raven Sister Gabrielle, who taught me about spirit embodied, generosity and that there is no limit to love.
