Cellular: A Dance-movement Workshop Exploring the Body-Mind of Our Cells through 5Rhythms dance and Somatic Movement Education. The cell is the building block of our body and movement. In this workshop, we'll explore micro and macro perspectives of our cells and our selves.ÂAll experienced and new movers are welcome to join. Join the morning dance, or just come for the workshop.
