We will take a deep dive into exploring the Rhythm of CHAOS, seeing how you connect to the gateway of this rhythm's energy. Aspects of yourself that have been undercover will surface as you dance. The practice of how to meet the shadow with curiosity and activate the light with your movement will enrich your connection to living a dynamic existence!

Friday's dance session will focus on clearing the shadow of  Chaos, confusion.  And we will use all rhythms to do this.

The Saturday session will provide time to embody the purity of CHAOS, practicing letting go, allowing the movement to happen with out knowing what’s next, honing our resonance with trusting our self, our body, and practicing a wild freedom and connection to the larger group.
