Wie stelle ich Verbindung zu dem her, was mein Herz bewegt? Welche Sehnsucht schlummert darin? Wie kann ich mich öffen und mich auf unverstellte, wahrhaftige Begegnungen einlassen?

Die 5Rhythms® mit der Zuordnung zu den Grundemotionen, den Heartbeat Level Maps, sind wunderbare Werkzeuge zur Selbsterforschung. Die Praxis ist so einfach wie tief. Ihre formlose Form gibt uns das richtige Gleichgewicht zwischen ausreichender Struktur und Freiheit, um unsere Körper und Herzen ihren ganz eigenen Tanz finden zu lassen und uns selbst näher zu kommen. Wenn der Kopf still wird, übernimmt der Körper die Führung und eröffnet uns ein weites Erlebnisfeld.
Was wir brauchen, ist Neugierde, die Bereitschaft, Fragen zu stellen und den Mut, uns einzulassen.

Das Seminarhaus Hollerbühl ist ein abgelegener, wunderbarer Ort im schönen Südschwarzwald, der uns einen gehaltenen, intimen Rahmen bietet, um zu forschen.
Teilnahmevorraussetzung sind Heartbeat Erfahrung! Die Teilnehmerzahl ist beschränkt.

The 5Rhythms® Waves and Heartbeat Level Maps are wonderful tools for self-enquiry. The practice is as simple as deep. It's formless form gives us the right balance between sufficient structure and freedom to allow our bodies and hearts to find their own dances and to dive deep into ourselves. When the head becomes still, the body takes the lead and opens a vast field of experience.
What we need is curiosity, willingness to ask questions and courage to get involved.
